Moved 2 JoinIR freeze error tests from quick to integration:
- method_resolution_is_eof_vm.sh
- json_missing_vm.sh

Reason: [joinir/freeze] errors are not core functionality blockers,
better suited for integration testing.

Box 3 Goal: Keep quick profile focused on core VM/LLVM functionality.

Next: Box 4 (environment dependency marking)
