## Task 1: Child Process stderr Capture ✅
- Fix: Child process now captures stderr (2>&1 instead of 2>/dev/null)
- Added: Detailed failure logs with last 80 lines on error
- Tags: [builder/selfhost-first:fail:child:rc=N] and [fail:no-ok-marker]
