- mir_typeop_poc / mir_refbarrier_unify_poc are no-op now; Builder emits
  TypeOp/WeakRef/Barrier by default; Optimizer normalizes legacy ops.
- Update CURRENT_TASK and architecture/proposal docs accordingly.
