## 🔍 Bug Fix Technical Details

**The Fix** (user implemented):

**Key Insight**: Unknown variables (not in `variable_definitions`) are typically **function parameters** or **outer locals**, not loop-body-locals. The fix defaults them to the safer (OuterLocal) classification.
