Build status:
- ✅ Executable builds successfully
- ✅ Basic execution works (tested with print)

- ⚠️ execute_mir_mode still in mod.rs (needs further migration)
Note: ChatGPT correctly fixed runner.execute_mir_mode() calls
that I incorrectly changed to super::modes::mir::
