3bb865c6b0 refactor(mir): Separate KeepAlive/ReleaseStrong instructions (Phase 287) 
Phase 287: KeepAlive/ReleaseStrong 命令分離

## 変更内容（2つの側面）

### 1. 命令セマンティクスの分離
- KeepAlive { values, drop_after: bool } を2命令に分離
  - KeepAlive { values }: スコープ終了での生存維持（PURE）
  - ReleaseStrong { values }: 変数上書き時の強参照解放（WRITE）
- 効果分析の明確化: PURE vs WRITE の境界確定

### 2. VM実行サポート
- handlers/mod.rs: KeepAlive → 完全 no-op
- handlers/mod.rs: ReleaseStrong → release_strong_refs() 呼び出し
- handlers/lifecycle.rs: handle_keepalive() 削除

## 影響範囲
- 10 ファイル修正（31箇所の出現を全変換）
- instruction.rs, builder.rs, lexical_scope.rs, methods.rs,
  display.rs, printer_helpers.rs, query.rs, joinir_id_remapper.rs,
  handlers/mod.rs, handlers/lifecycle.rs

## 検証
- 154/154 quick smoke PASS
- weak テスト回帰なし（weak_upgrade_fail, weak_basic）

3bf0dee2b0 feat(mir): Phase 285 P2.1 - KeepAlive instruction for weak ref semantics 
Add KeepAlive instruction to fix hidden root problem where x = null
doesn't properly drop the strong reference.

Key changes:
- Add KeepAlive { values, drop_after } instruction to MIR
- Emit KeepAlive[drop=true] in build_assignment() before variable overwrite
- Emit KeepAlive[drop=false] in pop_lexical_scope() at scope end
- VM handler: when drop_after=true, remove ALL ValueIds pointing to
  the same Arc (handles SSA Copy chains)

Test results:
- weak_upgrade_fail: exit 1 ✅ (weak_to_strong returns null after x=null)
- weak_basic: exit 2 ✅ (weak_to_strong succeeds while x alive)
- quick smoke: 154/154 PASS ✅

bfd324d7b9 feat(joinir): Phase 256 P1.5 - JoinInst::Select 命令サポート（根治） 
## 変更内容

Task 1（既完了）: boundary パラメータを bridge 経路全体に伝播
- conversion_pipeline.rs, bridge.rs（複数箇所）, meta.rs, routing_legacy_binding.rs, execute_box.rs

Task 2-A～2-D: Select 命令の実装
- 2-A: MirInstruction::Select バリアント追加
- 2-B: JoinIR Select → MIR Select 直接変換（branch+phi展開廃止）
- 2-C: ⭐ joinir_id_remapper に Select remap case（ValueId変換の根治）
- 2-D: value_collector に Select case

## 根本原因解決

Pattern7 の JoinInst::Select が JoinIR→MIR で未対応
→ ValueId(1002) → ValueId(57) のリマップが行われず
→ "use of undefined value ValueId(57)" エラー

## 現在地

✅ cargo check: 0 errors
⏳ Pattern7/6 VM test（Task 2-E LLVM実装後）

9dbf053781 refactor(joinir): Phase 222.5-E - Merge/Boundary HashMap → BTreeMap 
Convert 10 medium-priority locations to BTreeMap for determinism:

Merge System (6 locations):
- instruction_rewriter.rs: value_to_func_name, function_params,
  function_entry_map, local_block_map
- value_collector.rs: value_to_func_name, function_params,
  function_entry_map

ID Remapper (2 locations):
- joinir_id_remapper.rs: block_map, value_map

Boundary Injector (2 locations):
- joinir_inline_boundary_injector.rs: value_map (param & return)

Impact:
- Changed files: 4
- Changed lines: +36, -24 (net +12)
- Tests: 849/856 PASS (no regression)
- Determinism: Merge/Boundary processing now deterministic

Combined with Phase 222.5-D (13 high-priority locations),
JoinIR pipeline now uses BTreeMap uniformly across all
critical paths (Pattern/Merge/Boundary/ValueId allocation).

d7805e5974 feat(joinir): Phase 213-2 Step 2-2 & 2-3 Data structure extensions 
Extended PatternPipelineContext and CarrierUpdateInfo for Pattern 3 AST-based generalization.

Changes:
1. PatternPipelineContext:
   - Added loop_condition: Option<ASTNode>
   - Added loop_body: Option<Vec<ASTNode>>
   - Added loop_update_summary: Option<LoopUpdateSummary>
   - Updated build_pattern_context() for Pattern 3

2. CarrierUpdateInfo:
   - Added then_expr: Option<ASTNode>
   - Added else_expr: Option<ASTNode>
   - Updated analyze_loop_updates() with None defaults

Status: Phase 213-2 Steps 2-2 & 2-3 complete
Next: Create Pattern3IfAnalyzer to extract if statement and populate update summary

0397df5240 refactor(joinir): Phase 189 - Remove hardcoded 'sum' variable, generalize exit PHI connection 
Key improvements:
1. **Eliminate hardcoded variable name**: Replace hardcoded "sum" with generic
   ValueId-based variable_map updates. Add new JoinInlineBoundary constructor
   `new_with_input_and_host_outputs()` for Pattern 3.

2. **Generalize output slot mapping**: Exit PHI result now updates all host_outputs
   entries in variable_map, not just hardcoded "sum". Prepares for future
   multi-carrier patterns.

3. **PHI preservation in blocks**: Fix block finalization to preserve existing
   PHI instructions (from handle_select) instead of overwriting them.

4. **Stable function name→ValueId mapping**: Ensure consistent ValueId
   assignment for tail call detection across multi-function merges.

5. **Enhanced debugging**: Add detailed logging in block converter and meta
   analysis for PHI verification.

Files modified:
- src/mir/builder/control_flow.rs: Remove hardcoded "sum", use boundary outputs
- src/mir/join_ir/lowering/inline_boundary.rs: Add new constructor
- src/mir/join_ir_vm_bridge/joinir_block_converter.rs: Stable mappings, PHI preservation
- src/mir/join_ir_vm_bridge/meta.rs: Debug output for PHI tracking
- src/mir/builder/joinir_id_remapper.rs: PHI value remapping
- src/mir/builder/joinir_inline_boundary_injector.rs: Span preservation

Test status: Pattern 3 (loop_if_phi.hako) still produces correct result (sum=9, RC=9)

- JoinInlineBoundary Copy命令注入
