d605611a16 feat(canonicalizer): Phase 143-P0 - parse_number pattern support
Add parse_number pattern recognition to canonicalizer, expanding adaptation
range for digit collection loops with break in THEN clause.

## Changes

### New Recognizer (ast_feature_extractor.rs)
- `detect_parse_number_pattern()`: Detects `if invalid { break }` pattern
- `ParseNumberInfo`: Struct for extracted pattern info
- ~150 lines added

### Canonicalizer Integration (canonicalizer.rs)
- Parse_number pattern detection before skip_whitespace
- LoopSkeleton construction with 4 steps (Header + Body x2 + Update)
- Routes to Pattern2Break (has_break=true)

## 目的
Canonicalizer の decision を router に差し込む(既定挙動不変)

## 変更内容

### choose_pattern_kind() に parity check 統合
- dev-only 時に Canonicalizer を呼び出し
- router_choice と canonical_choice を比較
- 不一致時の動作:
  - strict mode (`HAKO_JOINIR_STRICT=1`): panic (Fail-Fast)
  - debug mode (`NYASH_JOINIR_DEV=1`): ログのみ
- 既定挙動: router_choice を維持(Canonicalizer は提案のみ)

58f66e3fa2 feat(mir): Phase 137-5 - Decision Policy SSOT化完了
## 目的
Canonicalizer の RoutingDecision.chosen を「lowerer 選択の最終結果」にする
(構造クラス名ではなく ExitContract ベースの決定)

### 1. Canonicalizer の決定ロジック修正
- `src/mir/loop_canonicalizer/mod.rs`
  - `skip_whitespace` パターン認識で ExitContract (has_break=true) を考慮

  - 単体テスト更新(Pattern2Break 期待に変更)

9170f0a85d refactor(mir): Remove VariableContext legacy fields (Phase 2-6/7)
完全移行→削除の安全順序(Option C)に従い、VariableContext の
deprecated フィールドと sync helpers を完全削除。

## Changes
- Migrated all 66+ access sites to variable_ctx.variable_map
- Removed 1 deprecated field (variable_map) from MirBuilder
- Removed 2 sync helpers (sync_variable_ctx_to_legacy, sync_legacy_to_variable_ctx)
- Fixed BoxCompilationContext.variable_map references (kept as-is, different scope)
- Fixed ExitBindingBuilder.variable_map references (kept as-is, local field)
- Updated observer.rs to use variable_map() accessor method

完全移行→削除の安全順序(Option C)に従い、TypeContext の
deprecated フィールドと sync helpers を完全削除。

⚠️ 危険ゾーン: TypeFactsBox 等の同名フィールドと混同しないよう、
ファイル単位で手作業移行を実施。

3f58f34592 feat(llvm): Phase 132-P0 - block_end_values tuple-key fix for cross-function isolation
## Problem
`block_end_values` used block ID only as key, causing collisions when
multiple functions share the same block IDs (e.g., bb0 in both
condition_fn and main).

- condition_fn's bb0 → block_end_values[0]
- main's bb0 → block_end_values[0] (OVERWRITES!)
