9336785680 feat(anf): Phase 146/147 - Loop/If Condition ANF with Compare support 
## Phase 146 P0: ANF Routing SSOT Unified

**Goal**: Unify ANF routing in `lower_expr_with_scope()` L54-84, remove legacy lowering

- expr_lowerer_box.rs: Added scope check (PureOnly → skip ANF, WithImpure → try ANF)
- post_if_post_k.rs: Removed legacy inline lowering (L271-285), added `lower_condition_legacy()` helper

6a3b6deb20 feat(anf): Phase 145 P0/P1/P2 - ANF (A-Normal Form) transformation 
Implement ANF transformation for impure expressions to fix evaluation order:

Phase 145 P0 (Skeleton):
- Add anf/ module with contract/plan/execute 3-layer separation
- AnfDiagnosticTag, AnfOutOfScopeReason, AnfPlan enums
- Stub execute_box (always returns Ok(None))
- 11 unit tests pass

Phase 145 P1 (Minimal success):
- String.length() whitelist implementation
- BinaryOp + MethodCall pattern: x + s.length() → t = s.length(); result = x + t
- Exit code 12 verification (VM + LLVM EXE)
- 17 unit tests pass

Phase 145 P2 (Generalization):
- Recursive ANF for compound expressions
- Left-to-right, depth-first evaluation order

Moved NYASH_JOINIR_STRUCTURE_ONLY environment variable handling
from inline std::env::var() in routing.rs to a centralized helper
function in src/config/env/joinir_flags.rs.

Changes:
- Added joinir_structure_only_enabled() helper function
- Replaced direct env::var() call in routing.rs with helper
- Maintains existing behavior: default ON, NYASH_JOINIR_STRUCTURE_ONLY=0/off to disable
- Follows env module centralization pattern (Box Theory: separation of concerns)

Phase 84-4-B で Case D を 0件に削減完了したことにより、
if_phi.rs のレガシーフォールバックが完全に不要になったため削除。

eadde8d1dd fix(mir/builder): use function-local ValueId throughout MIR builder 
Phase 25.1b: Complete SSA fix - eliminate all global ValueId usage in function contexts.

Root cause: ~75 locations throughout MIR builder were using global value
generator (self.value_gen.next()) instead of function-local allocator
(f.next_value_id()), causing SSA verification failures and runtime
"use of undefined value" errors.

- Added next_value_id() helper that automatically chooses correct allocator
- Fixed 19 files with ~75 occurrences of ValueId allocation

- nyash.tomlを唯一の真実（SSOT）として依存管理確立
- dev/ci/prodプロファイルによる段階的厳格化実装

b7a3e129bd feat: using system完全実装完了！nyashstdビルトイン名前空間対応 
✅ 実装内容:
- ビルトイン名前空間解決: nyashstd → builtin:nyashstd
- 自動コード生成: static box群（string/integer/bool/array/console）
- 環境変数デフォルト化: NYASH_ENABLE_USING, NYASH_RESOLVE_FIX_BRACES, NYASH_LLVM_USE_HARNESS

✅ 動作確認:
- パース→解決→読み込み→コード生成の全段階が正常動作
- 環境変数8個→6個に削減（25%改善）

✅ 主要変更:
- src/runner/pipeline.rs: builtin namespace特別処理追加
- src/runner/modes/common_util/resolve/strip.rs: builtin:プレフィックス処理
- src/config/env.rs: 3つの環境変数をデフォルトON化
