0397df5240 refactor(joinir): Phase 189 - Remove hardcoded 'sum' variable, generalize exit PHI connection

1. **Eliminate hardcoded variable name**: Replace hardcoded "sum" with generic
   ValueId-based variable_map updates. Add new JoinInlineBoundary constructor
   `new_with_input_and_host_outputs()` for Pattern 3.

3. **PHI preservation in blocks**: Fix block finalization to preserve existing
   PHI instructions (from handle_select) instead of overwriting them.

4. **Stable function name→ValueId mapping**: Ensure consistent ValueId
   assignment for tail call detection across multi-function merges.

5. **Enhanced debugging**: Add detailed logging in block converter and meta
   analysis for PHI verification.

6ecd8f7f52 feat(runtime): Phase 103 CoreServices Optional化 - Memory Constraints対応 
- Add CoreServicesConfig struct (from_env, minimal, all_enabled)
- Implement with_core_from_registry_optional() for selective initialization
- Update CoreBoxesImpl fields to Option<Arc<dyn XyzService>>
- Maintain backward compatibility (with_core_from_registry calls all_enabled)
- Add NYASH_CORE_DISABLE_* environment variable support
- ConsoleBox remains mandatory (Graceful Degradation principle)
- Add unit tests for optional initialization
- Update console_println! macro to handle Option type
- Fix direct console.println() calls in vm.rs and selfhost.rs
- Create core_optional_design.md documentation

Note: Phase 104 will extend ConsoleService to be optional as well with
graceful fallback in console_println! macro.

3df87fb1ce fix(phase-4.3c-3): Fix StringBox literal handling in MIR builder 
Phase 4-3c-3 Complete: WASM host functions now correctly output string content

## Changes:
- Fixed MIR builder to handle StringBox with string literal arguments
- Special case for  to generate proper string constants
- Removed debug output after successful verification
- WASM now correctly outputs "Hello MIR!" instead of "StringBox"

## Test Results:
- MIR generation: ✅ Generates  correctly
- WASM compilation: ✅ String data correctly placed at offset 4096
- WASM execution: ✅ Outputs "Hello MIR\!" as expected

## Technical Details:
- Modified build_new_expression() to detect StringBox with literal arguments
- Generates Const instruction with actual string content
- Host function reads StringBox memory layout correctly

This completes the WASM string output functionality for Phase 4.
