e404746612 refactor(mir): Phase 139-P3-B - RoutingDecision を enum 対応 + レガシー削除 
- RoutingDecision の missing_caps を Vec<CapabilityTag> に変更（型安全化）
- error_tags は to_tag() メソッドで自動生成
- 全 callsite を enum variant に修正
- capability_tags モジュール（文字列定数群）を完全削除
- 全テスト PASS（型安全性向上を確認）
- フォーマット適用

44b20bfe28 fix(mir): Complete ScopeContext migration (Phase 2-4 補完) 
Phase 2-4 で移行漏れがあったファイルを修正。

## Changes
- Fixed all remaining compilation errors from incomplete Phase 2-4 migration
- Updated access sites to use scope_ctx.* for 7 legacy fields:
  1. current_function → scope_ctx.current_function
  2. lexical_scope_stack → scope_ctx.lexical_scope_stack
  3. if_merge_stack → scope_ctx.if_merge_stack
  4. debug_scope_stack → scope_ctx.debug_scope_stack
- Updated visibility of ScopeContext to pub(in crate::mir) for cross-module access
- Removed dual-write legacy code in lexical_scope.rs, builder.rs
- Updated documentation comments in phi_helpers.rs

b92f85f993 refactor(mir): Remove TypeContext legacy fields (Phase 2-3/7) 
完全移行→削除の安全順序（Option C）に従い、TypeContext の
deprecated フィールドと sync helpers を完全削除。

⚠️ 危険ゾーン: TypeFactsBox 等の同名フィールドと混同しないよう、
ファイル単位で手作業移行を実施。

## Changes
- Migrated all MirBuilder access sites to type_ctx.* (manual, 40+ files)
- Removed 3 deprecated fields (value_types, value_kinds, value_origin_newbox)
- Removed 2 sync helpers (sync_type_ctx_to_legacy, sync_legacy_to_type_ctx)
- Verified TypeFactsBox, CalleeGuardBox unchanged (no false positives)

## Tests
- cargo test --release --lib: 1029/1033 PASS
- TypeFactsBox integration: PASS (borrowed references unchanged)
- Deprecation warnings: 456 → 255 (-201, -44%)

## Safety Verification
✅ TypeFactsBox unchanged (still uses &'a BTreeMap borrowed references)
✅ CalleeGuardBox unchanged
✅ CalleeResolverBox unchanged
✅ BoxCompilationContext unchanged

6ecd8f7f52 feat(runtime): Phase 103 CoreServices Optional化 - Memory Constraints対応 
- Add CoreServicesConfig struct (from_env, minimal, all_enabled)
- Implement with_core_from_registry_optional() for selective initialization
- Update CoreBoxesImpl fields to Option<Arc<dyn XyzService>>
- Maintain backward compatibility (with_core_from_registry calls all_enabled)
- Add NYASH_CORE_DISABLE_* environment variable support
- ConsoleBox remains mandatory (Graceful Degradation principle)
- Add unit tests for optional initialization
- Update console_println! macro to handle Option type
- Fix direct console.println() calls in vm.rs and selfhost.rs
- Create core_optional_design.md documentation

Note: Phase 104 will extend ConsoleService to be optional as well with
graceful fallback in console_println! macro.

28a312ea0d feat(naming): Phase 25.4-A - NamingBox SSOT化完了 
🎯 目的: static/global 呼び出しの名前決定を src/mir/naming.rs に一本化

✅ 実装完了:
- NamingBox（src/mir/naming.rs）実装
  - encode_static_method(box, method, arity)
  - normalize_static_global_name(func_name)
  - static/global 名前の正規化ロジック統一

- MIR Builder統合（SSOT使用）
  - src/mir/builder/decls.rs: build_static_main_box
  - src/mir/builder/exprs.rs: 静的メソッド呼び出し
  - src/mir/builder/metadata/propagate.rs: メタデータ伝播
  - src/mir/builder/observe/mod.rs: Observe機能

510f4cf523 builder/vm: stabilize json_lint_vm under unified calls 
- Fix condition_fn resolution: Value call path + dev safety + stub injection
- VM bridge: handle Method::birth via BoxCall; ArrayBox push/get/length/set direct bridge
- Receiver safety: pin receiver in method_call_handlers to avoid undefined use across blocks
- Local vars: materialize on declaration (use init ValueId; void for uninit)
- Prefer legacy BoxCall for Array/Map/String/user boxes in emit_box_or_plugin_call (stability-first)
- Test runner: update LLVM hint to llvmlite harness (remove LLVM_SYS_180_PREFIX guidance)
- Docs/roadmap: update CURRENT_TASK with unified default-ON + guards

Note: NYASH_DEV_BIRTH_INJECT_BUILTINS=1 can re-enable builtin birth() injection during migration.
