69a07cbb1f fix: fini後のアクセスエラーを削除(ユーザー要求対応)

fini後のインスタンスアクセスを禁止するエラーチェックをすべて削除しました。

c6c3c8e2f9 fix(bid-ffi): Fix HostVtable lifetime issue causing segfault
