feat(runtime): Phase 103 CoreServices Optional化 - Memory Constraints対応
- Add CoreServicesConfig struct (from_env, minimal, all_enabled)
- Implement with_core_from_registry_optional() for selective initialization
- Update CoreBoxesImpl fields to Option<Arc<dyn XyzService>>
- Maintain backward compatibility (with_core_from_registry calls all_enabled)
- Add NYASH_CORE_DISABLE_* environment variable support
- ConsoleBox remains mandatory (Graceful Degradation principle)
- Add unit tests for optional initialization
- Update console_println! macro to handle Option type
- Fix direct console.println() calls in vm.rs and selfhost.rs
- Create core_optional_design.md documentation
Note: Phase 104 will extend ConsoleService to be optional as well with
graceful fallback in console_println! macro.

Phase 33-2: JoinInst::Select implementation + minimal If JoinIR lowering

- Add JoinInst::Select variant to JoinIR schema
- Implement Select execution in JoinIR Runner (Bool/Int cond support)

feat(mir): Phase 32 Step 0-3B - LoopRegion/LoopControlShape view methods
Phase 32 introduces a "view pattern" for loop structures, enabling
gradual migration without breaking existing code.
Changes:
- control_form.rs: Add new ID types (LoopId, ExitEdgeId, ContinueEdgeId)
and structures (LoopRegion, LoopControlShape, ExitEdge, ContinueEdge)
- control_form.rs: Add view methods on LoopShape:
- to_region_view() - returns LoopRegion
- to_control_view() - returns LoopControlShape
- to_exit_edges() - returns Vec<ExitEdge>
- to_continue_edges() - returns Vec<ContinueEdge>
- loop_scope_shape.rs: Use views in from_existing_boxes_legacy()
- loop_to_join.rs: Add debug logging with Phase 32 views
All 4 minimal lowerers (skip_ws/trim/append_defs/stage1) now use
view-based block ID extraction via shared from_existing_boxes_legacy().

fix(mir): Phase 25.1m - Continue PHI修正 & Bug A main(args)ループ修正
**Phase 25.1m: Continue PHI修正**
- seal_phis に continue_snapshots 入力を追加 (loopform_builder.rs)
- LoopShape::debug_validate に continue/break エッジ検証追加 (control_form.rs)
- test_seal_phis_includes_continue_snapshots テスト追加
- 実証テスト成功: balanced scan loop で 228回イテレーション確認
**Bug A修正: main(args) でループ未実行問題**
- LoopBuilder::build_loop で entry → preheader への jump 追加
- decls.rs でデュアル関数作成時のブロック接続修正
- mir_static_main_args_loop.rs テスト追加
**パーサー改善**:
- parser_box.hako に HAKO_PARSER_PROG_MAX ガード追加（無限ループ対策）
🎉 成果:
- Continue 文の PHI predecessor mismatch エラー完全解消
- main(args) パラメータ有りループが正常動作
