feat(phase-9.78b): ChatGPT5 VM unified Box handling + MIR parameter fix

Phase 9.78b Step 1-2完了 + ChatGPT5による修正:
-  MIRパラメータ解決修正(ValueId reset)
-  VMでExternCall/Call実装
-  プラグインローダーv2統合
-  3種類のBox完全動作(UserDefined/Builtin/Plugin)
-  VM E2Eテスト成功

次期作業:
- Phase 9.78b Step 3: BoxFactory dyn化
- Phase 9.78b Step 4以降: アーキテクチャ改善
