Add perf baseline report: Front-Direct mode analysis
Key Findings:
- Throughput: 563K ops/s (vs 9.38M Phase 11 → -94% regression)
- Root cause: mincore() SEGV fix (1,591 syscalls, 11.0% time)
Syscall Breakdown (200K iterations):
1. mmap/munmap: 6,455 calls (74.8% time) ← CRITICAL bottleneck
2. mincore: 1,591 calls (11.0% time) ← SEGV fix overhead
3. madvise: 1,591 calls (13.3% time)

- IPC: 1.03 (low, memory-bound)
- Cache miss: 16.32% (high)
- Page faults: 59,659 (0.30 per iteration)
